After pursuing culinary arts at The Culinary Institute of America, Paul's career took a turn towards the financial realm, where he honed his skills in investment banking at CitiGroup in New York City. However, his passion for both hospitality and finance converged when he ventured into the world of real estate and construction.

 

Settling in Los Angeles, Paul founded a residential real estate company specializing in new construction opportunities and value-add property acquisitions. His adeptness at growing companies and assembling proficient teams proved invaluable as he navigated the intricacies of the real estate market, assisting homeowners with home transactions, remodels, and construction projects throughout Southern California.

 

Driven by a desire to make a difference, Paul partnered with his father Michael and founded Maloney Homes in his hometown of Port Charlotte, FL. Now based in Florida full-time, Paul dedicates himself wholeheartedly to giving back to the community that raised him while continuing to assist property owners as their construction partner.
